I am a passionate cook and love simple local food and I do lots of canning in the summer.
I teach elementary school for my day job and cook with the children on occasion and many of them have never seen food that is fresh and local. We make the corn beans and squash and none of them can identify the squash!
I do some personal cheffing and many people walking around have never seen garlic or ginger in its fresh state.
My time is limited but if I can help in any way the summer is my best time.
    Sincerely, Francine

    Hi Francine!
Thanks so much for your comment. We really appreciate your initiative. Right now we are looking for someone to manage the cooking courses and serve as a director. If you are interested in this position that would be wonderful, if you would like to participate in any other way, that is great as well. Let us know!
