At Elihu Farm we have been passionate about pasture since 1986. We raise lamb, hens for eggs, and geese for holiday dinners. Find us at the Saratoga Springs Farmers Market, or in the fields and pastures at the Farm. Over 100 acres of our farm in Easton is protected by the Agricultural Stewardship Association, and our marsh is permanently part of the Federal Wetlands Reserve.
