Annual Meeting, Beer & Cheese Tasting and Film Screening at Brown’s Brewing Co

Our annual meeting will be hosted at Revolution Hall in Troy on April 21st at 5pm followed by a fundraiser hosted by Brown’s Brewing co. Enjoy a very special pairing of Brown’s Ales & Lagers with local cheeses, meats and sweets provided by Adventure in Food Trading, The Placid Baker, Honest Weight Food Co-op and R&G Cheese Makers. The documentary Urban Roots, a film about urban gardening will show at 8pm. Special guest author Michele Owens, Gardener and Author of Grow the Good Life: Why a Vegetable Garden Will Make You Happy, Healthy, Wealthy and Wise will speak. A portion of the proceeds of this event will be donated to the Tree Media Foundation whose charitable mission is to support education and activities in environmental sustainability.
